Eligibility for Returns

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

    • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

    • Be in its original packaging.

    • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at provani.help@gmail.com within 60 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days

  3. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
